Orders

What credit cards and payment options can be used to purchase online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for all online orders. In addition we also accept PayPal, AfterPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and ShopPay. To make ordering as easy as possible we plan to add more options in the future. 

Can I modify my order after I’ve made a purchase?

We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed so we’re not able to cancel or change your order once it’s been submitted.

How do I enter a promotional code for my order?

Promo codes can be entered in the discount code field on the checkout page. Please note that only one promo code is allowed per order and some items may be excluded from the offer. For more information on current online offers, please visit EXCLUSIVE OFFERS.

I’m having trouble with my promotional code.

Please note only one promo code is allowed per order. It’s possible your code has expired or is not eligible for the items you’ve selected.

What should I expect after I place my order?

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. Your order will then be reviewed, and after payment has been confirmed, it will be prepared with a shipping label. Once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, you will then receive another email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information. We encourage you to print or save the Thank You page and Order Confirmation email for your records.

Can I resell Stripes products or do you have a wholesale option?

Per our terms of service, any products, free samples or gifts Stripes may provide to you are for your personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from Stripes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Where else can I buy Stripes?

Stripes products are now sold at Hudson's Bay and Amazon.com.

Shipping

Does Stripes ship internationally?

Currently Stripes ships within the US and does not ship internationally but we hope to expand in the future.

Where does Stripes ship?

Stripes currently ships within the US including Hawaii and Alaska.

Are there shipping costs?

Stripes offers free standard shipping on orders $50+. Need your product faster? No problem we offer free 2-day shipping for orders $200+. Standard shipping charge is $9.95. 

How long does it take to fulfill and ship my order?

We process orders as soon as they are received. Shipping times can vary depending on location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping fullfillment takes 3-5 business days and 2-day shipping takes 1-2 business days to fulfill.

Does Stripes ship to freight forwarders?

Stripes does not ship to known freight forwarders. Any orders placed shipping to a suspected freight forwarder will be cancelled.

What if my package is marked delivered, but I did not receive it?

If your package is marked delivered and it still hasn't been received after 4 business days, please reach out to our customer care team at customercare@iamstripes.com and we'll discuss next steps from there. In order to best assist, we require to be notified within 30 days of any missing packages. No further resends or refunds will be given after second shipping attempt. Sign in or sign up for a free account to manage your FedEx deliveries HERE. Stripes is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

What if my shipping address was entered incorrectly?

It is the customer’s sole and exclusive responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review and confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete prior to finalizing your order. Stripes will deliver your purchases to the address provided based on your exact shipping instructions. Stripes disclaims all responsibility for shipments to addresses incorrectly entered at the time of checkout. Be sure to review any pre-populated addresses in your express checkout platforms as they may be connected to an incorrect address. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect. If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, Stripes recommends contacting your carrier directly once you have your tracking information to intercept, reroute or pick-up held packages.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

All iamstripes.com purchases are eligible for returns within 60 days of purchase. Please return the product within 7 business days of creating your merchandise return label which can be created in your account portal. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment that was used to process the order. You can begin your return process HERE.

What is your exchange policy?

Though we currently do not offer exchanges, you are more than welcome to return your unwanted iamstripes.com products purchased within the last 60 days and make a new purchase. Please return the product within 7 business days of creating your Merchandise Return label which can be created HERE. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment that was used to process the order. In the meanwhile, you can feel free to purchase the correct products that you would like.

Can I return or exchange items purchased from Sephora.com and Amazon.com at iamstripes.com?

All items purchased from Sephora.com and Amazon.com will need to be returned or exchanged with Sephora or Amazon. Please contact Sephora or Amazon directly for more information.

How do I make a Stripes account?

You can create a Stripes account by clicking on the account icon or sign in link. You can also create an account at the beginning of the checkout process.

How can I update my Stripes account information?

You can log into your account anytime and update your information. If you're having trouble logging in, the Stripes Customer Care Team can help you reset it. Reach out to customercare@iamstripes.com

How do I opt out of receiving emails and SMS?

Please select the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of your most recent email to remove yourself from our mailing list. Please respond to your most recent text message with "STOP" and you should no longer receive SMS notifications from us.

Do your products contain hormones?

We are proud to say that Stripes is 100% hormone free. However, we do suggest consulting with your doctor to see if our products are a good fit for you.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

We are proud to say that Stripes is 100% vegan and cruelty free. We never test on animals and we never use animal-derived ingredients.

Are Stripes products fragrance free?

Our clean skincare contains a light fragrance at low percentages and dissipates quickly after application. Naomi Watts personally created this signature scent for the line. Our vaginal products are 100% fragrance free.

Do I have to be in perimenopause or menopause to use your products/Can anyone use your products?

Though our products are specifically formulated to help women in all stages of perimenopause (pre-menopause) and menopause, they are safe to use by anyone looking for the hydrating, cooling, and calming effects our products offer. Our Stripes Customer Care team is standing by to listen to your concerns and offer their recommendations.
