Sleeping Better
Like so many women, I started to experience sleep issues after menopause. Prior to going through menopause I had been using a magnesium supplement before bed to help me relax, but it stopped working so I looked for another solution. I tried another sleep supplement prior to using The Dream Date but while it helped, it made me drowsy during the day. That is when I decided to try The Dream Date. It worked great. I got more restful sleep and I was not so tired during the day. Since it worked so well I decided to sign up for the subscription so that I won't have to worry about running out.

Doesn't work for sleeping
I bought this because I was hoping to find something that could help with my sleep. I've been using it for almost 3 weeks now, and it's not making any difference in my sleep routine.
