This kit was not sent in my order; I am now waiting on customer service to resolve this. I am not happy with the level of service provided by Stripes Beauty at this time. I ordered this kit and a Vag of Honor, which is the only product that was enclosed in the box. Better processes are needed. I am still waiting....not sure what is taking so long.

The pump on the play oil is not easy to use. It doesn’t easily disperse lube when you want it most. The live itself is good but we needed to remove the pump mechanism to actually use it.

It is just ok. They need to think about the packaging of this. Glass bottles become oily and it’s hard to hold on to. Cap comes off too easily. Almost dropped bottle several times.
