Product itself is good -pump bottle it came in doesn't work and it has a replaceable cartridge either the product -outside is heavy glass also not sure is necessary

I’ve been using this serum as part of the 3 step Stripes routine since April. My skin is softer and some fine lines are less defined. The serum has a delicate and nice fragrance. It’s also very hydrating. I’ve repurchased this already multiple times and will continue. Definitely recommend!
