I contacted customer service when I received my initial bottle of Oh My Glide to let them know that I was disappointed because the pump was defective and I could not get the product to dispense. They replied and said they were sending me a replacement bottle free of charge. It has been a month and I have yet to receive the replacement bottle. It looks like it was initially shipped a month ago but it never arrived to me.
For this reason, I am unable to rate the product at this time. Feeling frustrated!

I didn't have a lot of hope for this as I've tried plenty of fancy lubes now that I'm in menopause and while they were great for a few minutes - they ultimately wore off. This is different. It stays put and offers an excellent lubricated surface that lasts a long time. You can pre-lube a bit before any action begins which makes everything nice and plump and moisturized so your partner has less work to do and you get pleasure right from the start. ALSO - and most important - NO weird taste! Love this stuff and it's worth every penny.
